We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:

• Dedicated to understanding the business and making a product impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
• Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems

• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a team leader or technical lead
• Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
• Strong business and product understanding
• Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments
• Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Experience with React and Oracle
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Background in developing and rolling out GenAI solutions — an advantage
