Inbound Product Manager for the Network Domain

We are seeking an Inbound Product Manager to define and deliver innovative solutions across network services, messaging platforms, API monetization, location-based services, and more. This role requires strong technical depth and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications for engineering teams.

Requirements Ownership

Lead the collection, analysis, and definition of business and technical requirements across multiple products within the Network and OSS domain, including:

• API Monetization & Frameworks
• Shape requirements for API monetization strategies, with a solid understanding of frameworks like CAMARA and key players in the API ecosystem (e.g., Aduna).
• Messaging Solutions
• Define requirements for SMS, MMS, and RCS applications, develop advanced messaging solutions powered by AI
• Location Services
• Drive specifications for location-based capabilities and ensure seamless integration with network and other platforms.
• Contribute to evolving initiatives and emerging technologies within the domain.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–10 years of experience in telecom product management or inbound product roles, with a proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong knowledge of wireless and wireline networks, messaging architectures, API ecosystems, and OSS solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, acting as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to clarify and prioritize requirements.
• Proactive, analytical, and adept at problem-solving with strong prioritization skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to complex environments.
• Strategic mindset with a talent for identifying opportunities and connecting the dots.
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating large organizational structures and overcoming challenges.

• Passionate for adopting AI:
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and frameworks for product ideation, requirement analysis, and content generation.

• Experience integrating GenAI solutions into telecom workflows for automation and enhanced customer experience.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of wireless networks, LTE, and 5G RAN/Core architecture.
• Proficiency in SMS, MMS, and RCS protocols.
• Knowledge of location-based services and their integration within telecom networks.
• Experience with API frameworks and concepts such as CAMARA and Aduna, including monetization strategies and charging solutions.
• Familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g., TMF620, TMF622, TMF639) to ensure compliance with telecom best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
