?? What You'll Be Doing:
• Develop and lead the company's data and analytics strategy
• Manage a team of three analysts
• Conduct in-depth analysis of B2B and B2C data to uncover user behavior and preferences
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to drive data-driven initiatives
• Present key insights and strategic recommendations to company leadership

• Proven experience managing data/analytics teams
• Hands-on experience working with both B2B and B2C data
• Strong background in working with Big Data
• Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
