IT procurement manager

Job Summary:The Sourcing Manager will oversee supplier identification, evaluation, and
management to support our procurement strategy. This role demands strong negotiation
skills, market insight, and expertise in supplier relations, with a focus on strategic, results-
oriented sourcing across multiple categories.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute
sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.- Identify and qualify suppliers; manage
RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.- Analyze market trends and risks to inform sourcing
decisions.- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring performance and compliance.-
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sourcing needs and timelines.- Monitor metrics like
cost savings, lead times, and supplier quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement/IT and software tools sourcing experience
- Experienced with sourcing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Must-Haves:- Self-directed with minimal supervision.- Expertise in negotiation, cost
management, and analytics.- Familiarity with commercial legal terms and contracting.-
IT/technology sourcing and bidding experience.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
