Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Head of Affiliate Marketing to
lead, scale, and innovate our affiliate marketing efforts across multiple brands and
markets. This leadership role offers the unique opportunity to build, mentor, and grow
your own affiliate marketing team, develop long-term partnerships, and drive
significant revenue growth.
You will be responsible for designing and executing the overarching affiliate marketing
strategy, overseeing performance optimization, and ensuring all efforts are aligned with
the company’s ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns
with overall business objectives and drives sustainable revenue growth.
? Team Building & Management:
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing affiliate marketing team, fostering a
culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
? Affiliate Program Development:
Own and continuously refine the affiliate program structure, commission models,
and promotional strategies to remain competitive within the iGaming landscape.
? Partnership Acquisition & Optimization:
Identify, onboard, and nurture high-value affiliate partnerships globally, ensuring
mutually beneficial relationships that maximize ROI and long-term value.
? Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Set KPIs, regularly monitor affiliate performance metrics, and leverage data-
driven insights to optimize campaigns, partnerships, and operational efficiency.

? Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, CRM, Marketing, Legal,
Finance) to ensure synergy and alignment across marketing initiatives.
? Market Intelligence & Innovation:
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Innovate affiliate marketing strategies to keep our Brands and Partners at the
forefront of the iGaming industry.

Requirements:
? Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a
senior/leadership role, preferably within the iGaming, Casin, Betting, or similar
online entertainment sectors.
? Strategic Vision:
Proven ability to build and execute large-scale affiliate strategies, manage
budgets, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
? Team Leadership:
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, managing, and developing high-
performing teams.
? Relationship Management:
Exceptional skills in building and maintaining long-term, productive relationships
with affiliate partners, networks, and stakeholders.
? Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience in performance
marketing metrics, attribution models, and optimization techniques.
? Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to influence
stakeholders at all levels.
? Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and
analytical tools (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, Google Analytics).
? Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the iGaming regulatory environment, compliance
requirements, and market dynamics.
