We’re looking for an experienced Production Assembler.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble raw and custom-fabricated materials in a controlled environment.
• Responsible for assuring that manufactured items are assembled according to relevant work instructions.
• Perform tests and operate relevant testing equipment according to predefined protocols
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Reading and understanding process schemes, assembly drawings, BOMs and electric schematic
• Follow company written policies and instructions
• Perform inspections and quality checks during assembly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area

Requirements:

• Work experience according to procedures (assembly drawings + assembly instructions + filling test forms).
• Experience in performing soldering and fine soldering according to IPC-A-610 a standard for electronic assemblies in the soldering industry.
• Experience in the assembly of medical devices.
• Assembling integrated systems - precise mechanics and electronics.
• Ability to identify faults, repair and inspection throughout the process.
