What will you be doing?

Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation and compliance.
Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
Manage HTS classification, INCOTERMS, and country of origin details
Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

BA degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
2+ years of experience in import/export coordination or international logistics
Data-oriented, high analytics capabilities
Knowledge of Customs regulations, HTS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance
Experience with ERP, particularly with Oracle, will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
High-level English - reading, writing, and speaking
