We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including suppliers, banking, issuing cheques, petty cash, employee expenses (Israel and overseas).

Responsibilities
Receipts – processing invoices for payments
Ensure that invoice and purchase order match
Global Suppliers management
Preparing reports
Reconcile employee expense reports
Credit card expenses
Payment to travel agencies
Utilize the appropriate accounting software to manage and automate financial tasks when relevant.
Work in accordance to the company’s guidelines, code of ethics and regulatory rules
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

1-3 years pf experience as a bookkeeper
Bookkeeper Certificate #2
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience with Priority system- advantage
Experience with Netsuite system- advantage
English- Fluent
