About the Role:
As a Senior Web Architect, you will spearhead the architectural vision, design, and deployment of advanced web applications. This role involves close collaboration with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and international stakeholders, integrating hands-on architectural work with strategic foresight and mentorship opportunities.

What You'll Do:
- Mentor and lead a seasoned frontend team, promoting technical excellence and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and deployment of complex web applications using React.js, ensuring top-tier performance and exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate efficiently with backend teams (Node.js, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Redis, Elasticsearch) to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions.
- Continuously explore, assess, and implement emerging technologies and methodologies to uphold our industry-leading position.
- Work closely with global product and development teams to ensure technical execution aligns with broader business objectives.

- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Sass.
- Comprehensive experience with state management frameworks (Redux, Flux), modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, Git), and solid CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven skill in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
- Experience in integrating frontend with backend systems, caching technologies (Redis), and search platforms (Elasticsearch).
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills, with a track record of mentoring development teams.
- Advantageous qualifications include experience as a Team Leader or Architect in fintech or high-traffic online environments, familiarity with React Native for mobile development, and knowledge of financial regulatory compliance standards (EU/US).
