React Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and development of a complex, high-performance web application using React.js as the primary framework.
Establish and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Drive technological innovation by integrating new tools, methodologies, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee the technical growth of the team, mentoring developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to align development with business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including MongoDB, Node.js, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Must-Have:
At least 6 years of experience as a Team Leader, managing teams of 6+ developers across multiple organizations.
Extensive experience managing remote and on-site teams, ensuring efficient collaboration across different time zones.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in React.js development, with deep understanding and mastery of the framework.
Strong knowledge of modern web technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, Sass, HTML5.
Expertise in state management frameworks (Redux, Flux) and frontend tooling (Webpack, Git).
Experience in performance optimization, testing (Jest, Mocha), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and implementing cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on experience with caching and search technologies such as Redis and Elasticsearch.
Advantageous:

Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
Background in global fintech companies or large-scale online platforms, handling high-availability, high-traffic environments.
Experience working in regulated financial environments, implementing solutions that comply with EU or other financial regulations.
