Junior Marketing Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do

Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and events).
Working with marketing suppliers.
Support day-to-day marketing operations across tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and others.
Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows, lists, and reports.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data alignment and campaign effectiveness.
Help with campaign tracking, attribution, performance analytics, and reporting.
Support lead generation and nurturing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Collaborate on marketing projects and initiatives, including events, website updates, and content distribution.

What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms — a big plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
A tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Team player attitude with a proactive approach and a desire to grow.
