Technology Group Leader

A rapidly growing hi-tech company that provides SAAS platform for leading financial corporations in Israel with advanced technological solutions that turn traditional processes to automated and smart transactions, using fully self-developed technology and trained AI models.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Group Leader to join our executive team. The Group Leader will oversee all technical aspects of the company, manage team tasks and sprints, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of our products and services for our new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technology team, the position includes hands on craft.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technological systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technological solutions.

- Proven experience as a GL or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
