CRM Implementer

iCloudius is a boutique Cloud service vendor with mainly tech clients. We are a leading supplier of cloud-based enterprise software professional services, with expertise in the Salesforce.com, Hubspot Marketing and CRM and NetSuite platforms.
This is a junior implementation position that includes hands-on technical work and knowledge on the CRM platforms, mainly Hubspot Marketing and CRM, such as marketing journeys & automation, digital marketing and system customizations.
You will proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements and take part in projects in various fields.

* Experience with the Hubspot platform - an advantage.
* Bachelors’ degree preferably in industrial engineering and management, management Information Systems, Business Administration with specialization in Information Systems.
* Good understanding of lead nurturing, database segmentation, email marketing, campaign management
* Strong technical skills
* At least one year of proven experience in the information systems field / digital media, content creation and/or agency management
* Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Good understanding of advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Twitter (X)
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various customers at a time.
* Strong communication skills mainly in English.
* Experience with marketing automation - an advantage
