Your responsibilities will involve monitoring, detecting, and preventing fraudulent transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall security of our platform

Daily checks of fraud-related reports and alerts
Handling customers’ chargeback claims by representing the cases to the external payment processors
Anti Fraud team protocols review and optimization
Authentication of customer financial and trading activity and processing of withdraws, based on a set of decision-making tools
