About Clifton Views – Melbourne’s First High-Rise Residential Aged Care Home

Located in the heart of Fitzroy North, Clifton Views is a sophisticated aged care home, centrally positioned near Queens Parade’s shops and transport links. We offer an exceptional range of services, including a community medical centre, allied health services, physiotherapy, dietetics, podiatry, an on-site gym, a resident sports bar and café, and even a virtual reality cinema—making this a truly unique place to live and work.

About the Role

This is not your typical role. As a Care Manager (Div 1/Grade 5), you will thrive on the floor, delivering hands-on care while leading a high-performing team committed to person-centred care for our residents and their loved ones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver comprehensive nursing with an individualized, person-centred approach.
Oversee medication administration and wound care.
Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies.
Drive continuous clinical improvement to ensure excellence in care.
Provide professional support to residents, families, and visitors.
Ensure assessments, care plans, and reviews are timely and well-documented.
Assist in clinical education and competency training for staff.
Promote and foster a positive, collaborative, and diverse culture.

Things that matter to us

Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
Current registration with AHPRA
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
2025 Influenza vaccination
NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
Eligibility to work in Australia
