Director of Finance

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance with at least three years of experience in a similar role to lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience, a deep understanding of financial reporting, and expertise in optimizing financial performance in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Lead and mentor a finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
Manage global financial operations, including tax, treasury, and accounting processes across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and corporate policies.
Provide financial insights and reports to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

• 3+ years of experience as a Director of Finance, preferably in a global company.
• Proven experience in Priority - Mandatory
• Proven managerial experience in leading and developing finance teams.(Advantage)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience in the Technology, or service industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• CPA - must.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
