CofaceBdi is Israel's leading provider of business information services, offering comprehensive data on companies, economic trends, credit assessments, and market research. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team, with a focus on identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the financial, credit, operational, and strategic areas of the business. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Risk Identification: Identify potential risks across financial, credit, operational, strategic domains and emerging risks (i.e. Cyber risk and ESG).
• Risk Evaluation: Assess the potential impact of risks on the company's business continuity and overall performance, in line with risk mapping framework.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with internal risk management policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and other regulatory frameworks affecting business operations and information security.
• Risk Assessment Tools: Utilize financial, credit, and operational data to assess and monitor risks on an ongoing basis, including KRIs as part of Risk appetite monitoring.
• Reporting: Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Culture of Risk Awareness: Promote and foster a risk-aware culture within the organization through education and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external regulatory authorities and internal teams to align risk management practices with business goals and regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing risks related to operational, financial, credit, insurance, and IT domains.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks, regulatory compliance, and internal control processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration).
• Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., CRM, PRM, FRM) are an advantage.
Skills:
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and external regulators.
• Strong attention to detail and service orientation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex risk scenarios.
