We are hiring for a Salesforce System Analyst for our IT department in Modi'in

The CRM System Analyst will be responsible for leading and implementing Salesforce CRM across various business units, driving digital transformation and improving organizational efficiency through strategic system design and integration.

Position description:

Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation project across multiple company divisions
Develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables
Conduct thorough requirements gathering from different business units
Design and configure Salesforce solutions tailored to specific departmental needs
Identifies feasible solutions within the systems and integrates business processes.
Collaborates with internal/external programming resources to develop quality solutions.
Manage projects accordingly to the VPG methodology

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)

3-5 years of experience in CRM system implementation

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic interfaces

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization

Understanding of CRM best practices

Knowledge of integration tools and APIs

SQL and data manipulation skills

Full time position, Hybrid: 1 day from home
