Claims and Debt Collection Manager

Coface is a global leader in trade credit insurance, providing businesses with solutions to protect themselves against the risk of unpaid invoices. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Claims and Debt Collection Manager to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage claims and debt collection teams and processes
• Inspect claims and make final decisions on claim approvals
• Ensure claims processes align with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Supervise and negotiate with external collection partners and lawyers
• Escalate unresolved cases to legal advisors and oversee legal action when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of cases for audit and reporting purposes
• Work closely with insured customers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics\Business Management\ any other relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree in law and bar certification- advantage
• Minimum three years of experience in finance, insurance, credit risk, or debt collections
• High level of local and international commercial and financial law
• Proven experience in managing employees and leading operational processes
• Strong understanding of financial terminology
• Experience working with financial systems and software
• Native Hebrew language and high proficiency in English- verbal and written
