Product Manager

Experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our product portfolio across the European and Israeli markets. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring our products remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with the market needs. As a cross-functional leader, collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to drive product excellence and deliver on strategic business goals. : Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of existing products: monitor performance, ensure profitability, and identify areas for improvement. Lead new product development from ideation through to mass production,. Define and maintain the product roadmap and innovation pipeline aligned with corporate strategy. Conduct competitive and pricing analysis to sharpen market positioning. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., EU regulations, CBAM). Manage end-of-life decisions for underperforming products. Serve as the technical point of contact for Company’s product lines. Own and manage marketing collateral: catalogs, price lists, sell sheets, training materials. Collaborate with marketing on international website content and product communication. Develop and maintain product forecasts and strategic annual plans. Lead product development projects through a phase-gate execution process. Evaluate product viability through financial modeling, risk analysis, and resource planning. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Experience in multidisciplinary manufacturing environments. Proven experience as a Product Manager in an industrial enviroment. Experience in international or globally oriented organizations. Strong data orientation and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent English (written and spoken).
