Controller

About The Position

RADCOM, a global public high-tech company listed on NASDAQ, is seeking an experienced Controller to join its finance leadership team. This role has end-to-end responsibility for revenue recognition under ASC 606, quarterly close processes, SEC reporting support, and financial oversight across global operations. The Controller will lead the accounting team, work closely with external auditors and advisors, and provide in-depth financial analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee in a fast-paced, public-company environment.

Requirements

• CPA with Big 4 firm experience – required

• 2-3 years of accounting experience (including internship) - required

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with US public companies – an advantage

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) – an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Experience with AI tools – a strong advantage

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of working papers in accordance with US GAAP

• Prepare the Company’s consolidated financial statements, quarterly press releases, and other SEC filings

• Support the audit process and work closely with external auditors

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls across financial operations

• Support SOX compliance and internal control testing

• Handle ad-hoc projects as needed
