יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כקדם/ת חומר במחלקת הייצור, תהיה/י חלק משרשרת האספקה של הייצור, ותעסוק/י בביצוע מגוון משימות תיאום, ניתוב וטיפול בחומרים במטרה לעמוד בלוחות הזמנים של הייצור.

חברת MKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל/ת המשמרת במחלקת הייצור.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

ניהול KANBAN, ניתוח נתונים ודוחות
קידום קבלת חלקים/חומרים במטרה לפתור בעיות מחסור
איסוף ומסירת חומרים בחברה ומחוצה לה, ניהול רישום של זרימת החומרים
ניתוח תקין של חומרים נכנסים
מעקב אחר זרימת החומרים וחלקי המוצרים בין המחלקות במטרה לעמוד בהתחייבויות המתוזמנות
התנהלות שוטפת מול מחלקות הארגון: הנדסה, רכש, איכות ומחסנים – חיצוניים ופנימיים
התנהלות אל מול ספקים/קבלנים בארץ ובחו"ל

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

3+ שנות ניסיון בתפקיד דומה בתעשייה
ניהול KANBAN, ניתוח נתונים ודוחות
ניסיון לוגיסטי בהזמנות, משלוחים, קבלה ואחסון
שליטה בסביבה ממוחשבת ובתוכנות Office

מיומנויות מועדפות:

הנדסאי תעשיה וניהול או תואר ראשון רלוונטי
ניסיון בתוכנות ניהול מלאי ERP
יכולת עבודה בצוות
אוריינטציה שירותית, אחריות ויוזמה
עבודה בסביבה דינאמית: יכולת התמודדות עם אתגרים ועבודה תחת לחץ תוך עמידה בלוחות זמנים צפופים
יתרון ידע ב-Lean: יישום עקרונות LEAN תוך התמקדות בצרכי הלקוח, שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים, ועבודה לפי שיטת Six Sigma
