About The Role:

As a Field Operation Agent at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field sales operation process.

This position is a field position that requires daily travels.

Responsibilities:

Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
Field meetings with potential customers.
High level sales and service skills.
Working in collaboration with the Back Office team.
Multitask between different communication channels.
Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English –Mandatory.
Driver’s license- a must.
Flexibility in working hours is required.
Experience in making sales meetings.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in all MS Office products.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Hebrew – an advantage.
