E-commerce Website Manager

The International Makeup brand #Natasha Denona Makeup is looking for an E-commerce Website Manager to join our Marketing team:

Day to day:
- Manage the brand’s Shopify websites and online activity concerning sales, promotions, Launches etc.
- Monitor, Analyse and manage customer journeys including newsletters, marketing automation and Marketing Calendar.
- Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy to improve website performance and report on existing performance.
- Experience working with varied advanced technological systems, specifically multi-conditional systems.
- Research the market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Analyses data to deliver data-driven strategies, improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Manage website visibility with the graphic and creative team.

Requirements:
- High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- 1-2 years of proven experience in managing ecommerce websites, preferably in retail/ beauty/ fashion related fields- advantage.
- Experience and knowledge in working with Shopify, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics and Marketing Automation platforms like Yotpo, Klaviyo, Google GTM, Google console.
- High analytical capabilities to measure the website’s performance.
- Profound technological understanding, ability to anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
- Knowledge and experience working with graphic design software- advantage!
