Class Action Lawyer

Job Summary
We are a dynamic technology startup headquartered in Israel, seeking an experienced Class Action Lawyer to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in handling class action litigation in one of the following areas:

Antitrust & Competition
Privacy & Data Breach
Environmental Law
Consumer Regulation
This role demands a strategic legal thinker capable of managing complex litigation, providing proactive legal counsel, and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management:

Oversee and manage class action lawsuits from inception through resolution.
Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to complex, multi-party disputes.
Legal Documentation:

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines in federal and state courts.
Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on current laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
Monitor changes in relevant legal areas to advise on potential impacts and risk mitigation strategies.
Representation & Negotiation:

Represent the company in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement discussions.
Engage with regulatory bodies and external counsel as needed to advocate on behalf of the company.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., compliance, risk management, product development) to integrate legal insights into business strategies.
Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities related to class action exposures.

Required Qualifications
Education & Licensing:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience handling class action litigation in one of the specified practice areas:
Antitrust & Competition
Privacy & Data Breach
Environmental Law
Consumer Regulation
Core Competencies:

Proven track record in managing complex litigation cases.
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within or alongside technology startups.
Familiarity with cross-border litigation and international regulatory frameworks.
Prior experience with risk management and regulatory compliance in a technology-driven context.
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
