Order Operations Specialist

• Acceptance & management of orders from RAD’s customers worldwide
• Corresponding with local and global customers (phone and email)
• Operating in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Working on self-developed computerized systems
• Partner with various cross-functional depts.
• Full time position in RAD Headquarters located in Ramat Hachayal, with the possibility of working from home once a week

• Experience in commercial support – a must
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Logistic, import/export background – an advantage
• Service oriented with great interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to complete and follow-through on assignments in a timely manner
• Team player & self- motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
