Unipharm is a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company, development and manufacturing a wide range of generic drugs.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Laboratory Specialist to join our QA team.
This role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work accurately under tight deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards and quality requirements
• Review and write key documentation, including SOPs, specifications, operating procedures, templates, and forms
• Manage and lead quality events, laboratory errors and deviations (OOS/OOT/OOE) using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques
• Perform risk assessments and evaluations to enhance laboratory processes and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee CAPAs, Change Controls, action items, and training execution, ensuring effectiveness checks
• Manage and lead stability programs for all target markets, ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness and adherence to compliance standards
• Approve and validate analytical methods, including method validation, verification, and transfers (Tech Transfer)
• Ensure analytical methods align with the regulatory requirements of various target markets
• Collaborate with the analytical R&D team to support new product development and method optimization.

• B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology – mandatory
• Hands-on laboratory experience of 1-3 years in a pharmaceutical QC lab– mandatory
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive and service-oriented approach
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of independent work
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English (reading and writing) is required
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical QA Laboratory or QA Compliance roles – a significant advantage
• Experience in analytical method validation, verification, and tech-transfer – a significant advantage
