We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Research & Development to join our executive team. This key leadership role will drive the technological vision, oversee all technical operations, and align our technology strategy with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while managing and scaling the organization’s R&D.
• Direct the development and implementation of our technology roadmap, including infrastructure, systems, and solutions.

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

• Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or equivalent business education.
• Experience in financial technology or financial services industry.
• Track record of successful product launches and technology innovations.
