We're seeking an experienced Test Engineering Team Leader to manage and develop our testing team for wireless telecom and cloud-based 5G solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with ORAN wireless technology and shape the future of 5G testing.

Management Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of 6-8 test engineers
Create and execute yearly and quarterly work plans
Drive professional growth of team members
Manage lab infrastructure and budget
Provide hands-on technical leadership
Technical Responsibilities:

Review and implement requirements and technical specifications
Analyze system logs and debug complex issues
Drive product improvements based on testing insights
Design and implement innovative testing solutions

10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in management
Deep understanding of 5G access technologies architecture and testing
Expert knowledge of 3GPP standards (PHY, MAC, PDCP, RLC, RRC, S1AP, X2AP)
Strong background in networking protocols (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS)
Experience with Python automation development
Expertise in Linux/UNIX platforms
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM)
Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA)
Hands-on experience with User Equipment testing and SIM operations
Advantages:

Knowledge of OpenStack, Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud-native testing
Background in ORAN technology
