Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner

Nayax is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner with a background in recruitment to be apart of our global team
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including software, QA, automation, engineering, IT, and other specialized tech positions.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top tech talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to track and report on hiring progress, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Over 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within a global, high-growth environment.
Fluent English.
