Job Description
Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
Performs packing/unpacking operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintains daily production output

Record production in appropriate logs

Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures

Maintain GMP compliance

May participate in quality control inspections
Works with team lead, shift coordinator, machine operator, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
Ability to communicate, receive and understand oral and written instructions regarding duties
to be performed
Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits
Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership
Manual dexterity skills
Visual acuity to recognize product defects
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years of related manufacturing experience
Forklift license
