Document Control Assistant

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Implement and maintain documentation process within the project organization.
Monitor project documentation
Execute documentation life cycle
Support the Project Documentation Manager (PrDM)
Support the design/system teams at day-to-day documentation work

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree

Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in documentation control or quality assurance
Desirable:

Knowledgeable of railway or infrastructure or building domains
Knowledge of Project Wise/ Aconex, or other EDMS tools
Data analytics (Power BI)

Competencies & Skills

Fluent in English and Hebrew
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Structured way of working, process oriented
Details oriented approach
