Marketing manager- Fintech

We are hiring for a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing the prop trading industry with cutting-edge solutions.
As a young and ambitious company, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Full Stack Marketing Manager / CMO to take the lead in our user acquisition and remarketing efforts across multiple platforms in EU markets.
This is a key leadership role, and the right candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and play a significant part in the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and tailor messaging for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and internal teams to create high-quality marketing assets.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in fintech, online gaming, or sweepstake casinos- in a Global company.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing global digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, X, Taboola, Outbrain, Propeller, influencer marketing, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.
