a higher degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Experimental Physics / Electrical Engineering.
More than 5 years of experience in lasers / optical communication /fiber lasers / complex electro-optics systems.
Proven experience as a team leader and experience as a project leader.
Proven successful delivery of self designed hardware to production grade including optical devices and computing components in industrial enclosure Innovative.
Leadership skills.
Desire to work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
Proven capability and willingness to enter a new field.
Human skills: communicative, respectful.
