1. Revenue Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation for the company. This involves understanding market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes. This is in collaboration with the company's CRO.
2. Product and Pricing Strategy: Collaborating with product development and management teams to align product offerings with market demand. Developing effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
3. Budget Management: Efficiently managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources. This includes tracking expenses, analyzing ROI, and making strategic decisions to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives within budgetary constraints. Continuously improving customer acquisition cost and customer value.
4. Data Analysis and Metrics: Utilizing data analytics to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, FTDs and other relevant metrics. Using these insights to make data-driven decisions.
5. Technology Integration: Leveraging technology and tools to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. Bringing new ideas that will increase revenue.
6. Partnerships and Alliances: Exploring and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to revenue growth. This may involve identifying potential collaborations, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships.
7. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Focusing on acquiring new customers while also retaining and maximizing revenue from existing ones. Implementing effective customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
8. Sales Efforts and Marketing Alignment: Ensuring collaboration between sales efforts and marketing teams to generate leads, convert potential players, and retain customers. This includes optimizing the sales funnel and customer journey.
9. Leadership: Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing team. Providing clear guidance, support, and mentorship, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision. Cultivating a results-oriented team with a focus on ownership, accountability, diversity, and continuous improvement. Addressing red flags promptly and demonstrating leadership qualities that extend beyond professional expertise.
10. Talent Management: Managing effective recruiting, onboarding, and professional development processes. Collaborating with HR to implement retention strategies and fostering a motivated and engaged workforce.
11. Reporting and Performance Metrics: Providing regular reports to the CEO/company's management highlighting achievements, progress, challenges, red flags, and action items for improvement.

· 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in the online or digital industry.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
· Strong experience in customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
· Expertise in performance marketing, brand positioning, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
· Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior analytics.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.
· Familiarity with pricing strategies, product marketing, and monetization models.
