Product Manager

Our team of experts specializes in developing and customizing software to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring impactful results in healthcare delivery.
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a dedicated team tasked with providing customized software solutions for a prominent chain of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in the US. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation and design through implementation and support, ensuring that our solutions meet the specific requirements of our client and have a positive impact on the quality of care provided.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end delivery of customized software solutions for a chain of SNFs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
· Lead and support a dedicated development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project objectives.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the client and our development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements, milestones, and feedback.
· Implement agile methodologies to efficiently manage project schedules, resources, and risks, adapting to project changes and challenges as they arise.
· Oversee cloud cost management, ensuring strategies are in place for maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
· Substantial experience in technical project management of enterprise software systems, including management of requirements, resources, budgets, and schedules.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate development teams with a drive to achieve high-quality results while fostering a positive team environment.
· Expert in using agile project management tools and techniques.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.
· English proficiency at a native speaker level
Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry, especially with Skilled Nursing Facilities, is an advantage.
