PassportCard Group’s Internal Audit Department is looking for a motivated team member to drive meaningful improvements across our processes.

Position Highlights:

Conducting internal audits on organizational processes, identifying gaps, providing actionable recommendations, and following up on implementation.
Preparing comprehensive audit reports and tracking recommendations.
Collaborating with field managers and relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Managing audit processes focused on process improvement and risk management.
Leading meetings with various levels of professionals across departments.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Netanya, 5 days a week.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or Law – required.
1-3 years of experience in internal audit within a major accounting firm, insurance company, capital markets, or banks – required.
Strong analytical skills, prior experience in report writing, and analyzing complex data and organizational processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of organizational processes and project management.
Detail-oriented with a high emphasis on quality and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage in professional discussions with managers and other stakeholders.
