Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure strategy and ensure seamless, reliable operations for our ML-based workflows. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, optimizing system performance, and ensuring security across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead DevOps Strategy: Develop and implement best practices to align DevOps processes with business objectives.

Infrastructure Development: Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure to support ML inference, workflows, and ancillary systems.

CI/CD & Automation: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration, testing, and deployment.

System Reliability: Monitor logs, manage incident responses, and proactively ensure high system uptime and performance.

Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Requirements

5+ Years in DevOps: Proven experience managing complex production systems and workflows.

Containerization & Orchestration: Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for deploying and managing microservices.

Multi-Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of GCP and AWS, including provisioning, networking, and cost optimization.

Networking & Security: Experience with VPC design, routing, firewalls, and security group configurations.

CI/CD Workflows: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and best practices for version control and automation.

Linux Administration: Strong skills in shell scripting, package management, and system monitoring.

Production-Grade Operations: Hands-on experience maintaining mission-critical applications with high availability and minimal downtime.

MLOps Advantage: Experience supporting ML pipelines and inference workflows is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment while also working independently.
