Architect Automation Lead
At least 5 years of proven experience in manual testing in a technical software environment and distributed systems.
Proven ability to lead internal projects, even in challenging situations, while balancing multiple stakeholder needs, including navigating R&D priorities-MUST
Experience with automation methodologies and tools
At least 3 years experience as a QA leader in leading Hi-Tech companies,but this is not a people managerial position)
Experience with public cloud vendors
Experienced in SaaS products and multilayer DB’S
Experienced in working with Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong leadership capabilities, running processes and initiatives in parallel with the ability to collaborate and create engagement across the group
Excellent interpersonal skills and people management abilities
Working with core banking- Advantage
Experience with script writing-Advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering

Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience leading QA automation teams
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with a focus on Python-based frameworks
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
Proficiency with BDD frameworks - advantage
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud environments - advantage
