In this role, you will lead and facilitate Agile processes for our R&D teams, working closely with product managers and other company departments to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be a key player in fostering an Agile mindset, coaching teams, and aligning technical practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Guide teams in Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure the development of clear and actionable user stories.
Address and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring efficient delivery of sprint goals.
Support the team in achieving technical excellence by promoting best practices in software development.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including product managers and other company departments, to align deliverables and expectations.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a digital environment, with a focus on web and mobile projects.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Hands-on experience in managing multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
Technical background: familiarity with web development, mobile applications, or software engineering processes.
Experience in writing and refining user stories and technical documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts within teams.
Advantage: BA degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related technical field.
