Security Engineer

Aztek, a leading Microsoft Partner, is looking for a skilled and 365 Security Engineer with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune.
Responsibilities:
• Security Monitoring & Incident Response
• Endpoint Protection & Management
• Threat Detection & Prevention
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure integration of security features across Microsoft 365 and other systems.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft security technologies, particularly Microsoft Defender (for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365) and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of endpoint protection, identity and access management, mobile device management (MDM), and cloud security.
• Experience with security incident response and incident handling processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Microsoft Defender suite.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, including security policies, device compliance, and application protection.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring, threat detection, and response.
• Understanding of identity governance, multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and security baselines.
• Relevant Security certifications – an advantage
• Fluency in English, written and spoken - a must.
