Technical Support Engineer

Create SolidWorks drawings for FAB-NS orders and support the Customer Service team using the PA (ERP) system.
Provide professional guidance to the Customer Service team and Sales Managers on all technical support topics – belt selection, working with the PA system, failure analysis and complaints, conveyor design optimization.
Produce photo-based work instructions for using tools, belt repairs, and special fabrications – including editing materials with dedicated software.
Deliver both online and hands-on training sessions on tool usage.
Provide ongoing support for the global technical website – including updates of pulley model drawings, technical datasheets, and product photos.
Support and lead discussions in global fabrication meetings to ensure product consistency across subsidiaries

Education: Mechanical Practical Engineer
Professional Experience: Preferably 5+ years of experience at Volta as a Fabricator in the Fabrication Team
Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding, ability to create drawings, good command of English
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
