R&D (tech) manager

As the R&D manager, you will be responsible for shaping the technology vision to support the strategy and roadmap for Adam Milo's technological products.
You'll initially manage a team of external R&D programmers, responsible for developing new products and features.
As our company grows, you will also build and lead an in-house development team.
You will work closely with other departments, including Product, Sales Marketing, and Operations, ensuring our technology aligns with business goals and drives customer value.

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technology leadership role, ideally within a SaaS or HR tech company.
Technical Skills: Strong background in development frameworks, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), database management, and experience with AI, ML, or data analytics is a plus.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive competitive advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Advantage - Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing engineering teams with a focus on innovation, performance, and collaboration.
