General Counsel to a Biotech Company In the North

Legal Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy in alignment with its business objectives.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including corporate governance standards and data protection laws.
Contract Oversight: Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, including R&D collaborations, licensing agreements, and commercial partnerships.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and address legal risks, ensuring robust risk management strategies are in place.
Corporate Governance: Maintain legal records and filings and manage all aspects of corporate governance.
Privacy and Data Protection: Lead data protection initiatives and ensure compliance with global privacy regulations.
External Counsel: Manage relationships with external legal service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality counsel.

Law degree with admission to the Israeli and/or US Bar.
Over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
Proven experience in a publicly traded company in the US and deep ?knowledge of US corporate law – a must.
Previous work in the tech or biotech industries is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
