What will you do:
- Planning and execution of sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities in the existing customer base, as well as potential customers, in order to meet the sales goals and increase the company's profits.
- Working closely with current and potential major and strategic clients to understand business needs. Preparation of continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and increase sales.
- Emphasis on a sales process with added value for the company's customers - quality, efficiency and savings .
- Building and maintaining the relationship with the decision makers at the customers, including plant or facility managers.
- Providing technical support to customers, identifying and solving challenges in the field.
- Solving problems by performing system analysis, examining data and providing written recommendations to ensure that client operations are performed at optimal levels.
- Actively promoting and monitoring Nalco's innovations and technology in order to promote long-term business relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of the market and trends in order to build a plan with the division manager, regarding products and strategies to expand market share.
- Daily management of key customers, management of chemical treatment plans on their site (development of plans/recommendations), problem solving, interfacing with customers from field personnel to upper layer management.
דרישות התפקיד
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical or industrial)
- Experience in technical sales and field service
- Willing to travel multiple trips in the southern and central region.
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew
- High planning and organization skills and self-discipline
- High orientation to computer software (including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn internal business systems).
Preferred skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales in water treatment or in the chemical industry/chemical solutions.
- Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems.
- Previous experience working in the field with industrial facilities with control systems: electricity, instrumentation, controllers, valves, dosing pumps.
- High independence and self-motivation.
- Excellent human relations, ability to communicate clearly and concisely on technical issues and a solid commitment to first class customer service and support.
