Marketing Analyst

yad2's BI & Analytics Team is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join a team of data analysts - working closely with BI developers and delivering marketing analytics insights to stakeholders in the marketing department.

What you will be doing?
- Data analysis for marketing funnels to identify trends and insights
- Analysis of user behavior data, examination of browsing patterns, conversion rates and other marketing statistics, and generation of ongoing reports
- Campaign performance analysis - analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across different media channels, measuring ROI and consulting on performance improvements
- Analysis and tracking of campaign goals and building dashboards
- Providing recommendations for improving website conversion rates, using A/B Testing principles, user experience analysis, and alignment with marketing needs
- Develop dashboards and provide reports to the Marketing department on performance data, marketing insights and recommendations
- Assistance in creating strategic plans
- Work with SQL and databases and write complex queries

- At least one year of experience as a marketing/digital analyst - A must
- Strong proficiency in SQL - A must
- Experience with data visualization (Tableau/Power BI etc.) - A must
- Familiarity with Google Analytics - An advantage
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain etc - An advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and SEO
