About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Trading Room Officer to join our team. This role provides amazing opportunities for growth and advancement in the crypto and trading industry. This is a critical role of monitoring our 24/7 trading operations and ensuring smooth market activities. If you’re passionate about crypto and trading, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

**This is a full-time position, 5 days a week, based on 8 hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends**

Key Responsibilities:
Live monitoring of trading systems to ensure smooth operations.
Checking and interpreting market conditions and escalating significant events.
Engaging with clients and delivering timely updates during non-business hours.
Preparing detailed automated market and system performance reports.
Gaining foundational industry knowledge with opportunities to grow into advanced roles.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience or equivalent knowledge in cryptocurrency or trading in financial markets.
Availability for at least 5 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
Self learning skills and passion to learn and grow.
Time management skills and strong attention to details.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field - an advantage.
