R&D Associate

We are a dynamic medical device start-up in the bio-materials field, focused on developing innovative products for aesthetic and medical applications. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled R&D Associate to join our team.

Job Description:
• Develop new products for both aesthetic and medical applications.
• Plan and conduct laboratory experiments to advance product development.
• Record experimental data and perform detailed data analysis, including development and verification reports.
• Operate various analytical and laboratory instruments, including spectrophotometer, refractometer, rheometer, pH meter, lyophilizer and more.

• MSc or BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on experience with good technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Hebrew are a must.
• Experience with polymers or hydrogels is an advantage.
• Working experience in a clean-room is a plus.
• Prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries is beneficial.
