Position Overview
The role combines advanced project management capabilities with hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce, providing the opportunity to drive impactful CRM implementations for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, and Integrations.
Identify and implement operational improvements, system enhancements, and customizations that align with business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to define, document, and optimize business processes.
Manage project timelines, tasks, budgets, and customer relationships effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information System technologies as a Technical Specialist.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English.
Proven ability to design and implement processes, automations, and workflows.
Strong data management skills and experience working with CRM or other business applications.
Salesforce certifications – a significant advantage.
