Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

Reports to: VP Software

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven PMO to join our R&D team. In this role, you will oversee the planning and monitoring of software projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with Product, Software, and QA teams, while continuously improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

What will you do?

Collaborate with team leaders, system engineers (Product), QA, and discipline leads to define, prioritize, and deliver software objectives.
Establish and maintain standardized project management frameworks, tools, templates, and KPIs to ensure consistency and visibility across R&D initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication within and across local and global teams to drive alignment.
Act as the central hub for project-related data, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and coordination across all project aspects.
Provide ongoing reporting through progress updates, executive dashboards, and budget summaries.
Support annual budget planning processes.
Conduct post-project reviews, lessons learned, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Introduce automation and AI-based tools to enhance data integrity, consolidation, and efficiency.

Requirements:

What should you have?

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project, process, or release management, overseeing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Mesh, Oracle, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally in a multidisciplinary environment (advantage).
Strong interpersonal skills – independent, proactive, creative, team-oriented, responsive, and reliable under pressure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
